      Hello, what up friends and fam thanks for taking the time to read my email for this week!! So for this week I wanna keep it a little short because lately they've been real long. 


Lets get started

     Wednesday, goated proselyting day preaching the word of God but we left to zone conference and had a terrible time sleeping on the bus and basically got no sleep.💀
     
     Thursday was zone conference, and it was fire.🔥 We got to see the boys from our mtc time in lima and learned a lot more about the faith and hope, something I have been studying lately so that was cool. Also came back this day after just barely catching the bus.🏃‍♂️🚌

     Friday we had district counsel to talk about zone conference then hit up intercambios or exchanges. I went with Elder Carbajo into their area and we ALMOST put a fecha down with a guy named Eddingson...🌊

     Ending this week on Friday night there happened to be so many unbelievable parties everywhere. Swear I saw like 15 quinceañeras where the girls who turn 15 dress up like princesses👸, and it so happened there was a birthday party happening one floor above us...🕺🕺🕺 Now I have nothing against birthday parties but this one lasted way to long. Went to bed at the usual time of 10:30 to music shaking the walls of our apartment. And this music isn't anything good either... none of that white girl music but their traditional Peruvian music.🎶 Now I got to bed alright, kinda slow but alright, but I proceeded to wake up consistently due to the music and dancing going on above us. I kid you not they finally decided to call it quits at 6 in the morning... we wake up at 6:30... So yeah that's Peruvian culture for ya if anyone was curious. Don't worry we survived the day but just really tiredly. 😪

I thought I'd take this time to talk of what we learned in zone conference for this week because why not

     Our president shared with us a quote that really struck me hard. It goes like this

     The miracles for which we are looking are found within the work in which we are avoiding

     Think about that for a sec. Lately I've been praying to be a miracle in someone we come across in the streets but that isn't how this works. We can receive miracle after miracle and we do everyday. But to become someone else's miracle you need ti be willing to do the things that perhaps not a lot are willing to do. Our mission is trying to be a mission of miracles. Miracle finds and people who are listo to listen. But we cannot be that person if we are too afraid to do we are needed to do. So I invite each of you to be the miracle in the lives of those around you by listening to the spirit and obeying it!!

The work is moving along here, now we have a baptism date and she is just the coolest. We're hoping she can move her baptism sooner to this week . This week we have transfers and I swear if we get moved out before we baptize her I will flip out. It has taken so much work to get this place running again...  Well Tuesday started off a little bummy because that was the day that we were supposed to receive our carnets and all the other boys in my group did. BUT I DIDN'T. Let me help you picture what this place is like. It looks just like a dmv, with letters and numbers saying who goes next. Every single number is just randomized and it looks like a mess. I would argue that this place, called migrations, is worse than the DMV . The sad part was, I wasted my time in that office waiting like everyone else but did not get my brownie card . next week. What made up for it though was spending time with the boys that I had gotten close with in the MTC. So I guess it wasn't all too bad ...

  Whats up guys!! Hope everyone is having a great week this week because I feel like last week just ended. We had a busy week so maybe thats why it felt so fast. We've turned into robots. Finding people has become a rhythm. We just visit all the parks around here because 1 they are beautiful, and 2 it is where people go when they have extra time. As with the title we used the Spanish phrase at the top a lot. Which means, we don't want to take more of your time, which was just for us to stop talking with them to find some more people. The work is hard out here, especially when people love to talk about God and Jesus but never want to accept what we've asked of them. But at least we're spreading the gospel out here!!   Well the sweet and dreadful transfers happened last week... luckily me and my companion are staying another transfer!! My area here has been a real stick in the neck and frustrating, and brown. Not counting how much of a baby mission it is with food cooked for us for two meals and laundry done and folded by someone else... I've been trying to find the good here in where I'm at. Like the food            But trying to teach people who don't want to do anything we ask them to, can really getcha. People's agency is important to God, but sometimes I wish I could just get people to keep their promises... But God has a plan, a plan that is so perfect that even his most rebellious and disruptive child cannot stop the joys we have waiting for us after this life. This week was real boring and we have mostly had lessons with people who we are dropping. It's hard to look at your work and say you're doing a good job when there really isn't anything to show.
