Whats up guys!! Hope everyone is having a great week this week because I feel like last week just ended. We had a busy week so maybe thats why it felt so fast.

We've turned into robots. Finding people has become a rhythm. We just visit all the parks around here because 1 they are beautiful, and 2 it is where people go when they have extra time. As with the title we used the Spanish phrase at the top a lot. Which means, we don't want to take more of your time, which was just for us to stop talking with them to find some more people. The work is hard out here, especially when people love to talk about God and Jesus but never want to accept what we've asked of them. But at least we're spreading the gospel out here!!

SPIRITUAL THOUGHT: For my spiritual thought today I want to talk a little about why we as members of the church of Jesus Christ love not only the joy our gospel brings but what Jesucristo does for every one of us. So it begins.
Why do members of the church want to be members even though there are so many regulating rules?
This was such a frequent question asked to us while teaching people. And I wanted to dig more about it.
Firstly, this is for everyone. So if you have any thoughts questions I would love to chat!
Our rules, are seen as a barrier to most people. They see these rules as a wall that keeps them from doing the things they want. That simply is not the case. Think of these "rules" as a funnel. Slowly this funnel starts the get tighter and tighter as we learn how to control our natural man or emotions. This is to prepare us for that great judgement day. In these rules we find joy, because they are the gateway to accessing all that God has. At times it will feel tight and difficult to progress but this funnel is to keep us progressing forward. This funnel is more like a drain to eternal life and those who do not follow these rules tend to get stuck or lost. This is the way we can control our uncontrollables. Look to Jesus because he is the light at the end of the tunnel. If he would follow these rules why won't we. He is living with God after all. Love you guys!

We had some exchanges this week. I was with Elder Andrade who is Brazilian. Super cool to get to know his area. Also blessed this man who was on his death bed because of bad health and age.

Here are some highlights of the week.
Overall I think we talked with over 200 people this week so the Spanish has been cooking. I am finally understanding what people are saying by picking up key words of their conversation. That being said, I started to get a little more pride in my heart... We we're teaching this lady out in the park talking about God and why people have faith in him. Me thinking of the scripture flipped through pages trying to find it. As that was happening the conversation shifted and my goofy head didn't pick up on it. Then I finally found it and interrupted saying. "Can I share a scripture with you?" Then with a shocked look on my comps face fulling my pride, I shared it. It was completely boched Spanish and totally not related to their conversation. My comp makes fun of me for it because I have the abilty to understand I just didn't listen. So that was fun.

Overall we just had a busy week with lessons finding new people and teaching wackos on the street. We had lunch with some senor missionaries named the Mayes who live in Saint George! Shout out to all my family in Saint George right now hope things are great. I've been living it up out here in Peru hit my 70th day here yesterday which is loco.
